The World Flair Association (WFA) proudly took part in another major international industry event this year, bringing flair bartending, education, premium cocktails, and entertainment to the highly respected Lisbon Bar Show in Portugal.
Widely recognized as one of the leading hospitality and bar industry events in Southern Europe, the Lisbon Bar Show has grown tremendously since its creation, becoming a major annual meeting point for bartenders, brands, distributors, venue owners, and hospitality professionals from across Europe and beyond. Over the years, the event has built a strong reputation for showcasing innovation, premium products, cocktail culture, education, and networking opportunities while helping position Portugal as one of Europe’s most exciting cocktail destinations.
This year, the WFA stand became one of the lively and interactive attractions of the show, welcoming visitors throughout the event with a professional setup focused on education, flair bartending, premium cocktails, and community engagement. The stand offered visitors the opportunity to discover the WFA training and grading system, learn more about the international flair bartending scene, and experience firsthand the energy and creativity that define the global WFA community.
The stand served a variety of premium cocktails that proved extremely popular with attendees throughout the event. Among the featured creations were cocktails such as the Bloody Mary made with Stoli Vodka and Finest Call Bloody Mary Mix, the tropical Chi Chi combining Stoli Vodka, Coco Real Cream of Coconut, pineapple juice and Finest Call Lime Juice, as well as the refreshing Elderflower Collins prepared with Stoli Vodka, Finest Call Elderflower Syrup, Finest Call Lemon Juice and soda. The cocktails showcased both premium ingredients and high-quality professional execution throughout the show.

One of the major highlights at the stand was the presence of Andre Guerreiro from the world-famous Hard Rock Cafe, who kept crowds entertained with multiple flair bartending performances and engaging cocktail demonstrations during the event. His dynamic routines and stage presence attracted large audiences and brought additional excitement and visibility to the WFA area.
Several other respected industry figures also contributed to the success of the stand. Italian flair bartender Luana Cerami from the legendary Legends Bar in Albufeira showcased her talent and professionalism while interacting with visitors and representing the growing female presence within the international flair scene.
Portuguese industry professionals including Joao Pacheco from Marquinhos Sour Cherry Liqueur and Jorge Coelho from Empor Spirits also took part in the activations and seminars, helping create a strong connection between the WFA and the local Portuguese bar industry.

Overseeing the entire project was WFA co-founder and industry icon Tom Dyer, who not only supervised the overall execution of the stand and activations but also appeared on the main stage as one of the featured presenters during the Lisbon Bar Show. Dyer’s presence brought significant attention to the WFA while reinforcing the organization’s continued commitment to education, professionalism, and the growth of flair bartending worldwide.

Throughout the event, hundreds of visitors stopped by the WFA stand to enjoy cocktails, watch flair shows, discover training opportunities, and learn more about the association’s rapidly growing international community (20.000 members currently in 100 countries). Many attendees expressed strong interest in the WFA educational platform, grading system, competitions, and upcoming international events.
Another major attraction at the stand was the recently launched “Flair Bartending” book, an official WFA-approved publication and monumental coffee-table release documenting the history, evolution, and culture of flair bartending worldwide. The book, which has already become one of the industry’s best-selling recent releases, was available for purchase during the event, and many visitors took the opportunity to secure a copy of what is widely considered a historic and collectible piece for the global bartending community.

The successful participation at the Lisbon Bar Show once again demonstrated the World Flair Association’s growing presence within the international hospitality industry, continuing to connect bartenders, brands, educators, and enthusiasts through entertainment, education, and passion for the craft.
“We are extremely proud to see many leading international trade shows wanting to collaborate and partner with the World Flair Association. It shows how strong and respected flair bartending continues to be around the world. Events like the Lisbon Bar Show create an incredible opportunity not only for the industry itself, but also for the global flair community to connect, educate, entertain, and continue growing together.” — Tom Dyer, WFA Co-Founder
