I've been a Flair Bartender for 26 years. Competing for 15 years and winning over 80 competitions world wide.
I am now dedicated to building Flair Bartending up, driving more interest, training the new generation and building a strong community that supports each other and takes Flair to new heights.

Tom Dyer is one of the most influential figures in the global flair bartending industry, with a career spanning 25+ years at the highest level of competition, education, and innovation.
A multiple World Champion flair bartender, Tom has won 80+ international competitions, including major World and UK Championship titles. His creativity, performance, and technical ability have helped shape modern flair bartending and inspire a new generation worldwide.
He is the Co-Founder of the World Flair Association (WFA), where he contributes to:
- The WFA World Tour
- The development of official grading standards for the global flair community
Tom is deeply committed to education:
