More bars and bar chains are starting to recognise the value of having fully trained flair bartenders behind the bar. Bars like TGI Fridays and The Roadhouse have long understood this and have cornered a section of the market as a result, now others are starting to catch on.
We welcome Ballie Ballerson
We announced earlier in the year that the successful chain of bars, Be At One are adopting WFA Gradings, training up all their staff nationwide in the basics of flair bartending and beyond.
Now we can also welcome Ballie Ballerson’s to the WFA Gradings family. The Bar Manager of Ballie Ballerson will be training all the current staff up to the first grade, WFA Yellow – with our own grading examiner popping by at a later date to adjudicate and award certificates to the bartenders who make the grade.
